Our Story

Welcome to Conecktin — and welcome to our vision.

Conecktin was built from first-hand experience of isolation and the quiet spaces that loneliness can create. It grew from recognising how many people live alone, go days without conversation, or miss real face-to-face connection — even in a world full of online interaction.

Whether it’s moving away from family, working long or irregular hours, growing up in care, studying far from home, or just struggling to find your people — we all know what it feels like to drift from community. Conecktin was created to change that.

This community interest company exists out of genuine necessity — to remind people that connection isn’t a luxury, it’s a need. We’re building welcoming spaces where everyone can show up as themselves, share stories, and rediscover the strength that comes from being part of something real.

We host inclusive coffee & brunch socials, art and mindfulness workshops, and community meetups that allow people to form new connections and discover their own strengths.
